  • While we considered getting married at the court house, I'm so glad that we decided to sneak away to have a small wedding with close friends. San Francisco Wedding PhotosSan Francisco Wedding PhotosI just received the film scans of our wedding from Beth and oh my gosh, I can't help but post just a few more photos! Some traditional photos I've included are our entire wedding party on an antique cable car and another of the San Francisco skyline with the famous Painted Ladies as our backdrop. Some of the not so traditional photos include walking down a residential neighborhood street and a few fun photos of us with our friends, Ashley and Reece, at Fog City Diner.

So many people had a hand in our unique and fun wedding that I feel obligated to say Thank You's to each and every one of you....

We stayed at Hotel Vitale and held the ceremony outside on their 8th floor terrace overlooking the Bay. I can not recommend Hotel Vitale enough - the service was suberb, the food was just scrumptious, and they made the night happen without any glitches. The staff and coordinators at Hotel Vitale are top notch! Cable Car Charters provided us a cable car to take our guests on a little site seeing trip in between the ceremony and dinner. It was Cory's first time on a cable car!San Francisco Wedding Photos

Nancy Liu Chin was our floral designer, based in San Francisco, and what can I say besides "breath-taking". I have never seen such beautiful arrangements of flowers. Cecile Gady, from Cakework in San Francisco, made our topsy turvy mad-hatter style cake.

Beth Baugher of True Love Photo of Sacramento, is my friend and was our primary photographer. We worked her to the bone the day before the ceremony by doing a city wide photo shoot to hit some of the famous and not so famous local spots. Nicole Beaulieu, another of our friends and owner of NJB Photography, had shot our engagement photos the year prior and her husband, Matt, was our 2nd photographer during the ceremony.

I felt like a total bride wearing, not one, but two wedding dressesSan Francisco Wedding Photos. One for Thursday's photo shoot designed San Francisco Wedding Photosby Carole Kenney, based in Sacramento, and the 2nd was a Melissa Sweet design from Bella Donna Bridal Salon in Sacramento. My friend Ashley is the owner of Bella Donna Bridal and saved the day by bringing her steamer to press the gowns after they had wrinkled traveling in the warm car.

Stef, owner of Stephanie J Designs, did a beautiful job on our hand-made invitations, placecards, and announcements. I owe a HUGE thank you to Valerie for making all the pink pillows and the aisle runner, and to Rob for making our 80s music mix that played into the night. Another friend, Beth, made all the teddy bears. And Mike Del Campo from Del Campo Dance Studio in Sacramento patiently taught Cory and I how to foxtrot to Frank Sinatra and made our first dance together memorable.

And lastly, I have to thank my orthodontist, Dr. Rollofson, for taking off my top braces just for my wedding! They unfortunately have to go back on. :-( But let's hope we can honeymoon in Hawaii (or any beach will do) before that day comes! I still have to get announcements out to all our family members to let them know we're married now!

  • custom wedding albumsI've just recently added GraphiStudio Albums to the repertoire of albums that I offer my clients. And I'm just in love with them. The paper options, the size options, the cover options....it's awesome! I've already hooked 7 of my brides on the new style. Of course, I will still be doing the design work myself so that each album is customized to each bride and groom's distinct personality. If you have yet had a chance to check them out, please do so!

  • child photoschild photosNoah just turned 7 months. We missed the 6 month point due to...oh yeah...my wedding! :-) But I'm trying to get back into full swing now and get caught up with all fun "little ones" photo shoots. Noah is now getting to that age where he has alot of character and smiles. I couldn't just pick one photo so I'm posting two! We had so much fun in old town - we took Noah into the barrel filled candy store...but as you can see, he had just as much fun with the leaves!

  • children photographyWhat a cutie pie! I'm so happy that I was able to be apart of Talia's first year of life. I started with Michelle and Steve before Talia was born and boy, this first year has gone by extremely fast. She was a part of my Treasured Moments program this entire last year and we took photos every few months in order to document her rapid growth.

Don't you just love her hot pink tennis shoes!

  • Jen and Cory Wedding PhotosCory and I finally tied the knot this last Friday, May 12, 2006! It was a beautiful wedding set in San Francisco with only 16 guests. We had such a wonderful time and everything turned out just amazing.

I just can't help myself to share just a few photos as they turned out amazing. We did a city wide photo shoot the day before the ceremony, so as not to bore our guests. As you can see we weJennifer and Cory Wedding Photosnt to some very traditional places, as well as some very obsure places. The first photo you see is at the Legion of Honor. If you've never been there you need to go. It's breathtaking at sunset. The picture of the TransAmerica building was taken in a residential neighborhood that our great limo driver, Thomas, recommended.

Those who know me, know that I'm in LOVE with pink these days. So of cJen and Cory Wedding Photographyourse, the main wedding colors were hot pink and black, with just a touch of lime green. My sister made pillows for each chair at the cJen and Cory Wedding Photoseremony and she made the aisle runner. And my best friend Kerry came up with the idea of making M&M's in our pink and green colors. I didn't even know you could do that!

I'm such a "chick-flick" watcher that I was OBSESSED with coming up with uniJennifer and Cory Wedding Photosque movie quotes to leave in our guests' rooms and again on their name placecards at dinner. My ultimate fav movie of 2005 was Hitch!

Once again, another of my crafty friends made unique clothing for teddy bears to go with the pink/green/black scheme. I gave each girl at the wedding a teddy bear. Who doesn't loveJen and Cory San Francisco Wedding getting a teddy bear! Are you getting the idea here - I do well at planning stuff ...but I can't make stuff! Well...besides taking photographs and designing albums. Although in my defense, I did come up with all the movie quotes, and I tied the ribbons on the candy boxes!

One last small detail to share with you, again not so traditional, was that we did a black cake. Jen and Cory Starr Wedding PhotosYes, I said a black cake. Our baker was ecstatic to do a BLACK wedding cake. It fit our personalities well. :-)

Our officiant is a retired Captain, but he wore his dress blues. It was perfect for the setting on the water. The weather cooperated - a bit cold later into the evening, but I couldn't have been happier. It helps to know that natural ligJen and Cory Wedding Photosht is fuzzy warm and beautiful an hour before sunset - hence we planned the ceremony at 6pm.

I'll leave you with an amazing photograph of the bay bridge and blue sky, with our beautiful hot pink gerbers hanging from the terrace railing. Thanks Matt and Beth for taking such wonderful photos!
